How to use:
Due to our non glycerin formula, its very important that you're gentle. If you rub your brush in the glitter too hard, it will move. Best to use with a brush or finger tips in a patting motion.
Ingredients: Polyethylene Terephthalate,Cyclopentasiloxane and Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer
