Beauty Studio Policies
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING
A 50% is required for all bookings unless stated otherwise. Remaining balance will be due once your service is complete. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE 100% CERTAIN OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AS NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
In the event you are unable to make your appointment, you may reschedule within 7 days of the original appointment date. After the 7 day period your deposit will be lost and a new will have to be made.
DEPOSITS ARE ONLY TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER MAKEUP APPOINTMENT. YOU CANNOT TRANSFER YOUR DEPOSIT TO A NAIL OR HAIR APPOINTMENT. NEITHER CAN IT BE USED AS STORE CREDIT TOWARDS PURCHASE. IT CAN ONLY BE USED ON MAKEUP SERVICES.
Before Hours Appointments
Clients are now able to schedule makeup appointments between the hours of 5am-9am. Flat rate fee is $150 and that includes any look of your choosing with the exception of rhinestones. If you need an early appointment, please be sure to book the appointment type that says BEFORE HOURS (ex: Natural Glow--BEFORE HOURS). If you do not choose the correct appointment type, it will not show you my early morning availability.
In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Deposits are non-refundable.
No Show Policy
If you schedule a appointment and do a "no show", you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance of the service, your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to schedule any future appointments.
In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment you reschedule one time without any penalties. If you have to reschedule that same appointment again, your original deposit will be lost.
Please be courteous of our time and let us know if you are running late. You will be given a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. After, a $20 late fee will be added to your balance. If you more than are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be considered as a walk in. late. This policy is in place in order for us to service other clients that have booked appointments.
Walk-ins are only taken in between scheduled clients and on a first come, first serve basis.
Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our booking engine (Acuity Scheduling) or by calling our salon at 910-333-9637. To book an appointment online, click the BOOKING tab at the top of our website choose the service, date and time you desire. The next screen will be for you to pay your deposit through PayPal. Once your payment have been received, you will automatically receive a confirmation email confirming your date and time.
If you choose to book by calling our salon, deposits can be paid over the phone with a valid debit or credit card.
I currently do not travel. All clients are serviced at my salon.

Divine Designz Cosmetics reserve the right to cancel any appointments that do not adhere by the policies listed on this page. Prices are subject to change without notice. Occasionally we run specials on our services. Special prices are only valid within the given timeframe and cannot be combined with other specials or offers. They will be posted on all social media platforms, email and acuity scheduling. We may from time to time send you promotional emails to the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. We will never ask for sensitive information via email. By booking with our salon you agree to these terms and conditions.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
Your appointment is ONLY secure if your deposit has been paid. If not, your appointment will be open for someone else to book.
NO CHILDREN are allowed unless receiving a service**
*PLEASE ONLY ALLOW ONE ADDITIONAL PERSON TO ACCOMPANY YOU DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO EXTRA COMPANY IS ALLOWED AS OUR SEATING IS LIMITED.
