Shipping Policy ///


Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your package has shipped.


Estimated processing times do not apply during promotions and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order during these peak seasons, and be aware of any delays due to customs and the carrier service that may impact delivery times.


All orders are shipped  United States Postal Service from Jacksonville, NC.


Please Note: Shipping times are subject to change due to card validation. Divine Designz Cosmetics reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

*We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

*If USPS has marked package as delivered, then we are NOT responsible.


International Orders ///


All international orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Due to this, please note that tracking numbers may or may not be available. When items are shipped, we will provide the customs number given to us from the Post office. This is not your tracking number.

USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days to arrive to your country of origin.

Divine Designz Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.
